The appellant seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 384, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, section 23(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act and section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the appellant. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that it would appear from the first information report that the appellant is named but there is no specific allegation against him.

Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr. P.C. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and the impugned order dated 18.03.2019 is set aside.
