Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Desari (Chandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 8(2)(b)(ii)(B), 22 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and 399, 402 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered materials. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2020.
