1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents concern to remeasurement of the petitioner for the post of constable under Advertisement No. 02 of 2019 after preparing merit list on the basis of written test already held by the Recruitment Board.

Further direction to the respondent concern to re- measurement of the petitioner who is the successful candidate for the appointment to the post of constable."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11254 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
