1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 342, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26896 of 2022. Further submission is that the fresh ground for bail is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Court POCSO Act (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
