The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case bearing C.R. No. 294 of 2016, Tr. No. 1783 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 354, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that initially an FIR was instituted by the complainant, which was found false by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51182 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 police during investigation and, thereafter, cognizance has been taken in the compliant case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case bearing C.R. No. 294 of 2016, Tr. No. 1783 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
