JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 After some argument, Mr. Sumeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application, filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2, vide order dated 27.08.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10876 of 2015, in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1010 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram, since opposite party no.2 has deserted the petitioner again, with a liberty to file appropriate matrimonial suit for restitution of conjugal rights. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as
