2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner 14 named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his family members due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28821 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31671 of 2023, as contained in Annexure- P2 to the bail petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
