1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue in between the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 for the present has been resolved and petitioner is paying an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- to the O.P. No.2 by way of a Draft bearing No.008071 in the name of O.P. No.2, drawn on Central Bank of India dated 11.08.2025. It is next submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28900 of 2025(6) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 a copy of the aforesaid draft is being handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 accepts the draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- in the Court and submits that he has instruction not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No.407/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
