2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 87, 96, 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 4 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2024.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26637 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that all the witnesses except the informant have been examined.
6. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr., 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
