The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The FIR reveals that co-accused Jite Sharma allegedly caused injury with Khanti at the head of the son-in-law of the informant as a result whereof he died during course of treatment.

Allegation against the petitioner is similar to that of co-accused Mantu Sharma to have abused and assaulted with fists and slaps. The said Mantu Sharma has been allowed bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26658 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.29258 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Thakaraha P.S. Case No.2 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
