The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 registered under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The Complaint Case is lodged after lapse of 15 months of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that on perusal of Annexure-2 to the application, it appears that the dispute is civil in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.25432 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
