JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30, 30a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on account of dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above 20-02-2018named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
