2. The present application has been filed for modifying the order dated 23.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60556 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the wife are staying together but joint affidavit has not been filed.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the Court below, where they will file their joint affidavit, and if the Court below is
