The petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No.478 of 2019, registered under Sections 392 and 422 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.05.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No.79150 of 2019 with liberty to renew the prayer after remaining nine months in custody. The petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about a year.
