2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 185 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 14 of the Foreigner Act and Section 12(B) of the Passport Act.

3. The petitioners are Bangladeshi, who have entered without Visa illegally in this country. They are in jail since 19.08.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
