The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 363 of 2022.

As per allegation, the petitioner became successful in securing the job of Panchayat Teacher, after producing forged certificates.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the petitioner has already relinquished his job.
