1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. In the nature of prayer made in the quashing application seeking quashing of the order dated 07.10.2015 in S.Tr. No. 773 of 2010 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 154 of 2007, whereby the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra has rejected the application of the petitioners for recall of P.W.2 for further cross-examination, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
