Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 196 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 386, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per complaint petition, petitioner has tried to grab the property of the complainant/informant which was handed over him to look after.
