JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 07-03-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to question the validity of grant of licence to run a P.D.S. shop under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 in favour of Respondent No.6, ignoring better claim of the petitioner.

This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought.
