The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case on behalf of the respondents no. 6 & 7, more particularly paragraph no. 24 thereof, wherein it has been stated that the encroachers including the petitioner have themselves vacated the encroached premises, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
