2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that her daughter was married to the petitioner but was tortured for dowry and on the fateful day, she came to know about her death. When she reached the place, the family members were not present and the dead body was there. This led to the FIR.

4. In this case, Court had called for the case diary which is now available and learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh has taken this Court to the paragraph 9 of the case diary to show that already process has been completed against the petitioner on 23.03.2025 by the Jokihat Police (Araria).

5. Considering the allegation as also that the petitioner is the husband and the process has been initiated/concluded against him, in that background, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
