2 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondent authorities to make necessary correction in the E Poss machine allotted to the petitioner in which wrongly and illegally entered in the stock of food grains of 350.49 quintal food grains showing excess in the month of March, 2022 which has not been delivered physically to the petitioner due to lack of food grains under the scheme of Pradhanmantri Khadyana Yojna and which has been carried forward in the stock of the petitioner till today.

(ii) To any other relief/s to which the

3 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of both the counsel. 4 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made grievance by way of representation (Annexure P/4), the present writ petition is being disposed of directing respondent No 4 herein, who is the competent authority to consider the said representation and take necessary steps for correction in the E-Poss machine. If the contention of the petitioner is found to be rue, the authority shall take endeavour to make the necessary changes in the E-Poss machine as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner.

6 With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
