The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 108/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Alok Kumar demanded Rs. 2,50,000/- for providing job to his son. The informant paid Rs. 1,51,000/- to Alok Kumar. Alok Kumar gave four account numbers. Ram Pravesh Mahto also took Rs. 70,000/- from the informant and he delivered the same to Alok Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. One of the accounts which was disclosed by Alok Kumar belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46642 of 2016 (2) dt.02-12-2016 2/2 deposited Rs. 25,000/- on 27.12.2013 herself and nobody else deposited money in the account. The petitioner has no manner of concern with Alok Kumar. Ram Pravesh has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 108/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
