Such permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn against the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 3 Sony Devi and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37357 of 2017 (4) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent. She has committed no offence. There is specific allegation against co-accused. Nothing has been alleged against her.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no. 3 Sony Devi be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
