Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offence under sections 144, 147, 148, 149, 152, 186, 188, 342, 323, 325, 307, 353, 467, 468, 471, 332, 333, 329, 337, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altogether 61 persons have been named and 400-500 unknown have been made accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24512 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case arose out of the dispute as to construction of a temple on the government land.

The petitioners are in custody since 29.1.2019. Considering the fact that more than 500 persons have been made accused in the instant, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019.
