1. The petitioner assails the order passed by the Respondents on 08.03.1999 and 03.04.1999 whereby the petitioners were disallowed to continue on the post on the ground of their appointment being found to be not in accordance with law. The writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners in the year 2012 which is being taken up now in 2023. Almost twenty four years has passed away. The laches on the part of the petitioner and the delay has resulted in the writ petition having
Patna High Court CWJC No.23585 of 2012(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 become otiose and no relief can be granted to the petitioner of reinstatement after a long period of twenty four years. No reasons have come forward for coming to the Court after such a long period.
