2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No.12974 of 2025 to its original file which has been dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 2 to 4 of the petition, MJC No. 1000 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No.12974 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
