2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 20.07.1993, passed by Additional Collector, Saran, Chapra in C.J. Case No. 3/89, Annexure-5, whereunder in compliance of the order of Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra dated 14.08.1991 passed in Jamabandi Creation Case No. 117/89-90 Additional Collector, Saran, Chapra has held that Jamabandi of the petitioner created for Plot Nos. 2730, 2752 appertaining to Khata Nos.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8947 of 1993 dt.01-04-2015 2/2 607, 592 measuring an area of 0-2-14, 0-1-18 has been wrongly created and has further held that the said land belongs to the State contrary to the certificate granted by Circle Officer, Jalalpur bearing No. 135 dated 24.01.1991, Annexure-6. Aforesaid finding/order shall be subject to the order passed by the competent Civil Court in Title Suit No. 9/1988, 60/1987. With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of.
