1. The petitioner has filed instant application for the following relief/s:- "1. That, this writ application is for a direction to the concerned respondent /authorities to take corrective steps so that petitioners names may be excluded from the termination Chart/list because the petitioners who belongs to BC-II Caste category have passed elementary Teachers Evaluation Examination and for direction to add in the list of successful/passed out Candidates and for other necessary direction in the circumstances set forth below."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application has become infructuous and as such he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
