Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act.
Allegation in brief is that one Praduman @ Badhu sexually assaulted the seven years daughter of the informant. The informant went to the house of these petitioners to make protest. It is alleged that they abused and threatened the informant. It is submitted that the allegation of sexual assault is against Praduman. The only allegation against the petitioners is that the informant went to their houses to make protest then they
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37664 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 abused and threatened him that too is false allegation and these petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Dina Bhagat @ Dina Malakar, Lalu Malakar and Chintu Malakar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
