1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on class-3 post in the Pay Scale of Rs. 3050-75-3950- 80-4590 (revised Pay Scale Rs. 5200/-20200 and Grade Pay- 1900/-) with all consequential benefits instead of Pay Scale of Rs. 2550-50-2660-60-3200 pursuant to the Notification dated 25.04.2012 issued by the Principal Secretary, General Administration

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Arwal, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, before the District Magistrate, Arwal, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law as also in light of the order dated 06.08.2018, passed in CWJC No.8698 of 2016 (Manoj Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and Ors.) and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
