Five petitioners, who are named accused in the F.I.R., apprehending their arrest in Katra P.S. Case No.6/14 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to village politics, petitioners have been made accused. He further submits that both parties are close relative and

However, after going through the material on record, it is evident that before the court below no such plea was taken, rather the court below considering the allegation as well as the injury report has rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail.
