In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the victim girl and forcibly established physical relationship on her. The statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr.PC. shows that the petitioner had done all nasty work in moving car.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the court
