Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect(s) if any, within three weeks. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15127 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Siwan.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29347 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 The order dated 14.11.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
