The petitioner , who is husband of the deceased has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 registered for offence under section 498-A, 304B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Sri Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was an accidental death but falsely informant has implicated entire family member . He submits that marriage was solemnized in the year 2011 and from the wedlock there were two minor children and as such there was no occasion for the

Besides hearing, I have perused the materials available on record.

In view of the nature of accusation I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
