L.P.A. No. 360 of 2021 The petitioner earlier filed a writ petition which was disposed of by an order dated 18.9.2020 and thereafter also, sought review thereof. The present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 10.3.2021 passed in Civil Review No. 11 of 2021.

Under such circumstances, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to avail other appropriate remedies available under the law.
