Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30047 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 name of father of appellant No.5 is 'Thakur Sharma' instead of 'Arjun Yadav'.

Heard learned Special P.P. also.

In the facts and circumstances, the judgment dated 1.3.2019 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 707 of 2019 stands modified only to the extent that father's name of appellant/petitioner be correctly read as 'Thakur Sharma' in place of 'Arjun Yadav'. Further two weeks time is allowed to surrender in the court below.
