1. The petition has been preferred assailing the order of stopping of 3 days increment with cumulative fact passed on 27.03.2002, appeal was also dismissed on 21.03.2007.

2. The writ petition was filed in 2013 after a long delay of 6 years. No explanation has come forth for filing of the writ petition belatedly. On merits also, this Court finds that due procedure has been followed before passing of the impugned order.
