Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that on 01.04.2023, an order has been passed to the extent that the petitioners are not entitled to A.C.P benefits and consequential benefits. In this regard, the petitioners are at liberty to assail the order dated 01.04.2023 before appropriate forum. Accordingly, present M.J.C. stands dropped.
