2. Petitioner seeks bail who is in custody since 21.01.2023 in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 16.01.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code along with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as alleged in the F.I.R., so the present bail petition of the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
