JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.10875/2014 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court (now retired) for extending the period of surrender. Counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 02.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the above order will remain the same.
