2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur 66/20 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366/365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the informant Shri Manoj Kumar Singh submits that the trial is on the verge of completion and all the witnesses have been examined.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
