Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 86(B) of 2005 arising out of Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2003 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2022 and he has committed no offence.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27060 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth, Madhepura in connection with S.T.
