2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. For a land dispute, the wife of the informant and the informant were assaulted by the petitioner and co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28775 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM1st, Manjhaul/concerned Court in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Manjhaul Police Station, District- Begusarai on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
