The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 588 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 367/368/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to approach the concerned court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 588 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the concerned court shall consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9830 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 of regular bail on the same day taking into consideration the fact that a compromise has taken place between the victim girl, informant and the petitioner herein.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
