The issue is relaxation in age of the post, which has been advertised by Bihar Health Society in terms of Annexure-1. Such matter had come up for consideration earlier in atleast two writ applications, namely, C. W. J. C. No. 3463 of 2015, decided on 13.05.2015 and C. W. J. C. No. 3298 of 2015, decided on 29.06.2015. The rational and reasoning given in those two writ applications also applies to the facts of the present case as identical relief is being sought by them, which this Court is not willing to allow, as enough concession in relaxation of age has already been indicated in the advertisement itself.
