For restoration of electricity supply to the residential premises of the petitioner which has been disconnected illegally on 17.2.2021 (Annexure-2) quashing the further office order issued vide Letter no. 59 dated 06.04.2021 (Annexure-1) passed by the Junior Electrical Engineer Respondent No.10 and quashing the action of raising Bill by adding commercial charges of body corporate and the Bill raised and issued with Annexure-1."

In view of subsequent development to the effect that electricity supply has been restored to the residential premises of the petitioner, subsequent to payment of the electricity bill by the petitioner's son, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum constituted under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act,2003.
