The report reveals that the sole appellant, who had been convicted and sentenced in Sessions Trial No. 132 of 2001/29 of 2006 (Bajpatti Police station Case No. 112 of 1998), died during treatment on 25.4.2008 at 7 AM in the JLNMCH, Bhagalpur.
