JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 Mr. Choudhary, appearing for the petitioner, being faced with the issue of maintainability of the instant proceeding, does not press this application, however he submits that in view of statements made in para 7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 9 he would be approaching respondent No. 9 for payment of admissible salary dues after verification of his no dues position.

In view of the said submission, instant proceeding need not be kept pending as admissibility of the due salary has to be considered by respondent No. 9 The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.
