The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 326 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR submits that for execution of a sale deed by the grandson of the informant himself in favour of accused Ravindra Paswan, that the petitioner has been roped inter alia on charge that he also was instrumental in the execution of the sale deed.
